On Friday February 23 Kurt hulst, Bob Hartig, Daryl Winger, and I Headed out to Kansas to catch a Cold core setup on Saturday.

Saturday Morning the group of us left Kansas city area and headed toward Marion Kansas. once we got into the area we noticed that a Tornado watch was up for the area

WE headed south out of Marion and set up to catch the following shots.

We then started th head north toward Romana Kansas then as we started heading out of Romana Kansas we Found a Muck road. Ended our chase in that area when we were sucked into a ditch.

With some help from some area Fire fighters We were pulled from the ditch.

After we got back on the road we started to see if there was anythig that we could catch. WE ended back on I-70 heading toward Kansas city.

Once out of Kansas city Kurt hulst pulled the Swift WX radar program back up on the computer, and noticed a Tornado warning for Johnson County Missouri.

We immediantly exited I-70 and started south to try and intercept.

intercept was sucessfull with a Tornado about 5 miles south west of our position back over the hills in Holden Missouri.

Tornado lasted for approximatly 2.5 minutes and was gone.

After the Tornado we Proceeded to get gas for the vehicle when We got to see a Awsome Sun set plus a Rainbow.

After the gas stop we headed back to home.
